Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich (Germany). When you visit this site, the web server automatically records technical access data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type) in server log files. This processing is based on my legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are deleted in line with the host’s standard retention periods.

Cookies and your choice

Without your consent, this website sets no cookies for visitors. When you make a choice in the cookie notice, it is stored in your browser’s local storage (entry “vch_analytics_consent”) so that the notice is not shown again; this entry stays on your device and is not sent to us. Functional cookies are set only for registered administrators when they log in to the content management system.

Analytics (Google Analytics 4)

Only if you select “Allow analytics” does this website load Google Analytics 4. Before that, no connection to Google is made. With your consent, Google sets cookies (for example “_ga”) and processes usage data such as the pages viewed, the date, time and duration of your visit, the referring website, device and browser information, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and clicks on email, phone and external links. This data is used only to understand how visitors use this website.

Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, and its parent company Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Transfer to the USA: data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR). Retention: analytics data is kept for the retention period set in Google Analytics, at most 14 months. The _ga cookies are stored for up to two years. Withdrawing consent: you can withdraw your consent at any time, with effect for the future, via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page by selecting “Necessary only”. Analytics is then switched off and the Google Analytics cookies set by this website are deleted. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection regarding your personal data, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde, dsb.gv.at). For any privacy request, contact roland.koenig@insglueck.at.
